Maisie Smith has teased about a potential return to EastEnders 3 years after she left.

The actress of 22 became famous in the show based in London aged just six as the fiery Tiffany Butcher.

The show was cancelled at the end of 2014, She did an appearance in 2016, before making her return on a permanent on a regular basis in 2018.

In her last appearance on the show Tiffany was in a turbulent on and off affair in her relationship with Keegan Baker (Zack Morris) and then moved to Germany along with him in order to be with her brother Liam.

The news comes as it has been confirmed that Maisie’s on-screen mother Patsy Palmer, who is 51 is set to return to Albert Square as Bianca Jackson as her step-daughter Whitney Dean is leaving Walford.

In the wake of Patsy’s return, Chris Clenshaw, Executive Producer stated: “I’m delighted to have the amazing Patsy returning to her famous part in the role of Bianca Jackson.

Although the character was last seen in the screen in the year 2019, Bianca continues to be an absolute fan favorite.

We know that our viewers will be delighted by her return, as she’s placed in the middle of the action alongside her daughter Whitney.’

Bianca’s return to the show will air in the form of a special episode focused the character Whitney and the challenges that she is confronted with in the event that she and the other partner Zack Hudson (James Farrar) make a trip in Milton Keynes.

Bianca was first introduced to the screens in 1993. She was the sharp-tongued, fiery child of Carol Jackson and remains heavily linked to Walford via the Branning family, as well as two beloved characters: the step-daughter Whitney and her sister Sonia Fowler (Natalie Cassidy).
