What will happen if we open it up?

In the last few days, Mackenzie Boyd (Lawrence Robb) had to make the hard choice in Emmerdale to give up the custody of son Reuben after Chloe Harris (Jessie Elland) handed him a deadline to choose between Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins) or the son of his, but neither.

He picked Charity and recently it came to light that he had a reason that he was selecting love, but he considered doing his most for Reuben.

In a moment of vulnerability, the actor confessed in front of Aaron (Danny Miller) that he believed he did not have the right to Reuben as well as that he should not be to suffer from the loss.

Since Reuben was snatched off in the hands of Chloe, Mack has buried his sorrow in working alongside Aaron and evading law enforcement through stealing vehicles. After Aaron began to fall, Mack threw his all in their relationship to help his buddy.

Does it open?

Now after Aaron has reconciled with his mom and has gotten over his emotional wreck, Mack has more brain room to contemplate what’s gone. It’s becoming clear the fact that Reuben will never return.

He assured Charity that his focus is in the future, and that he does not feel any guilt for her. However, he admitted that struggling to pronounce his son’s name because of the hurt. “Onwards and upwards,” the man said with a smile, even as in a state of death.

The thing is, the process of burying a feeling never works very well. Mack’s is set to go returning to the surface more quickly than a life vest that suddenly expands under water.

The father is afflicted by sadness and is unsure what happened to his son.

Frustrated by the complexities of feelings Is Mack headed for a meltdown?

Are there any people he could be open with?
