Emmerdale spoilers Marlon Dingle (Mark Charnock) is left to wonder what his next move will be in the company of Rhona Goskirk ( Zoe Henry) after her abduction of her infant Ivy from Emmerdale.
Rhona took the choice to remove Ivy away from her village following Gus (Alan McKenna) announced his plans to relocate into France along with Ivy, the baby girl. For those who need to be reminded, Rhona is only Ivy’s biological mother. This means she is not entitled to the girl legally under UK law.
The day before (February 13), Rhona spent most of the day in police custody in connection with her kidnapping conviction.
Her shock was when she heard that Gus claimed that she had gave the couple permission to use frozen embryos. She told officers that it wasn’t true.
Actually, she refused the permission. Gus later stole her passport, and then used the embryos in a fraudulent way.
On the show tonight, ITV soap Rhona is back in her home, trying to make herday as normal as she could. The actress joked about the outlook from her front doors differing from the view from a prison and also said to Leo (Harvey Rogerson) as well as April (Amelia Flanagan) that she was glad to be able to greet them when they got ready for the holiday party.
Despite all her efforts Rhona began to accept that her family was not likely to be supportive in the way she had hoped. As Mary (Louise Jameson) had a cold attitude towards the daughter she had, April seemed to be sour and clearly hurt. Rhona she had put Ivy in favour of the family she is a part of in the village.
At night, Rhona sat down with Marlon and attempted to apologize to Marlon. Marlon said he’s trying his best to assist however, he cannot deny the fact that Rhona had made huge choices and did not even consult him.
“I’m just thinking that in the event that we don’t trust, what else have we gained?’ Marlon thought as he went out.
Rhona was shocked at her statement, however she understood that Marlon made a valid argument. Her actions were based on her “primal instinct’ and walked away with Ivy without thinking about her husband and mom and two of her children.
Following an incredibly mistake, Rhona is facing the possibility of being in prison. If she’s found guilty, the time in prison will be miserable experience if she doesn’t repair her relationships with Marlon.
