Gabby becomes determined to set Jacob straight so he knows that he doesn’t have a chance with her. However, when Gabby does, Jacob clarifies that he’s already in a relationship with Victoria.
With the truth now starting to come out, the pressure is on for Jacob and Victoria to tell Leyla Cavanagh and Eric Pollard before somebody else does.
After discussing how to break the news, they arrange a meeting with Leyla and Eric at The Woolpack.
Jacob and Victoria explain that they’ve been seeing each other for weeks. Gail Loman overhears the revelation and is shocked over the news.
The most awkward moment comes when Jacob and Victoria confirm that David already knew the truth and this is the reason he left the village so suddenly.
