Tanisha has a special message this Christmas for all our staff who will be providing round-the-clock care for people of the North West over the festive period.”
In the video Tanisha said: “Hi everyone something a bit different. Some of you will know me – or probably won’t, I wouldn’t – as Asha from Coronation Street. I just wanted to make a little video to send out to all you to wish every single one of you a very Merry Christmas.
“I know it can be a tough time and I just hope you can have the best time you probably can. I’m really sending all my love out there to every single one of you, the amazing paramedics, mechanics who sort the ambulances out to get them back on the road, call handlers, everyone who works face to face with patients, helping patients, every single one of you, I would like to personally thank because I’m ever so grateful.
“My character is actually training to be a paramedic so all of the research I’ve done alongside that really does shine the light on everything that you do, it’s absolutely amazing and I really do look up to all of you. So again I hope you all have an amazing Christmas and I’m sending you all my love to you, your family and friends.”
