Home and Away star Sam Frost revealed she ‘wees herself all the time’ as she gave a very honest pregnancy update.
The actress, who plays Jasmine Delaney in the soap, is in her third trimester of pregnancy and has been ‘struggling with motivation’.

She is expecting her first child with her fiancé Jordie Hansen.
Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, she admitted to followers she hasn’t ‘exercised my entire pregnancy’.
“I’ve been for walks and done water aerobics with the grannies down at the pool, but I was talking to Liz from Empowered Motherhood,” she said.
“Basically just venting about how my pelvic floor has gone to s**t and I wee myself all the time and I’m struggling with motivation.”
She then promoted an exercise app that helped her stay active and said it helped her maintain a routine of ‘physio-led exercise.
Sam exercises for 30 minutes three times a week.
The actress announced her pregnancy with Jordie in September, delighting fans.
Meanwhile, Sam and Jordie got engaged in May this year, with the duo sharing the news in July.

Since then, the star has been providing updates on her journey.
They revealed they are set to marry after five months of dating during the first-ever episode of their podcast.
He popped the question to The Bachelor Australia winner during a road trip to South Australia back in May this year.
The engaged couple celebrated their exciting news with a 14-day road trip and shared their joy with their podcast listeners.
At the start of the episode bride-to-be Sam says: “It’s a very important time of our lives, we just recently got engaged and to celebrate we thought, let’s hit the road, let’s go on a 14-day road trip.”
Jordie went on to describe how he asked the actress to be his wife, saying: “We were at Uluru and we had just had brekky and were about to head back down south.
“Sambo had just been delivered her coffee, and so I said, ‘Hey, when would you say yes to getting married?’
Sam interrupted to excitedly say: “I said, ‘Pretty much anytime from now’.”
