Tom King (James Chase) reminds Belle Dingle (Eden Taylor-Draper) that he wants to be in complete control in Emmerdale soon, with his behaviour set to ruin a moving moment between his fiance and her mum, Lisa Dingle.
Tom has been displaying concerning and abusive behaviour towards Belle for months, but she hasn’t told anyone about it. Back in October, after Belle told Tom she wasn’t ready to get engaged, he reacted violently, causing her to fall and hit her head on the table.
It left Belle shaken up, but she chose to put the matter behind her, certain she wanted to create a happy future with Tom.
In this new video, hours away from her wedding, Belle is pleased when Lydia (Karen Blick) pops by to see her.

She presents Belle with a photo frame, with mum Lisa – who died in 2019 – displayed inside.
Lydia thoughtfully explains that the photo can be displayed at the wedding and reception afterwards, to allow Lisa to be there in spirit.
Belle is moved to tears, but her focus quickly changes when Tom returns with breakfast in hand.
Tom puts the food on a tray and subtly encourages Lydia to leave, inviting Belle upstairs so they can enjoy a morning together before the big day.

Away from the underlying worries about Tom, Belle will receive another moving present linked to her mum.
As the wedding is about to get under way, Sam (James Hooton) arrives to give Belle away – and he has a letter from Lisa.
‘I don’t want to say what the letter says but Belle is given it just as she is going into the church,’ Eden told us.
‘Zak has given Sam a letter to give Belle. Her mum Lisa wrote it before she passed away to open on the day she got married. When Belle gets the letter she gets upset as it is too emotional and she thinks “I can’t read this now, it’s too much.”‘
Instead, Belle keeps the letter close by all through the wedding – tucked inside her wedding bouquet.
Eden described the emotional moment when Belle finally opens the letter and reads the message from her mum.
‘Belle ends up reading it right at the end of the day. The letter is beautiful and so emotional and I can’t imagine receiving something like that – something so precious that had been kept safely for that special day. It is such a precious moment and so emotional that someone would do that.’
