Linda Carter (Kellie Bright) is struggling to keep the show together since EastEnders the show, and it only became more challenging after she was given a massive news update regarding Mick Carter (Danny Dyer) as well as Janine Butcher (Charlie Brooks).
After murdering Keanu Taylor (Danny Walters) during the Christmas season in order to defend of her best buddy Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean), Linda has been struggling to get through the day, depending more on alcohol to help her get through her day.
In the latest scenes the actress became more upset after Ricky Butcher sent her a picture of Mick Janine’s child telling Elaine Peacock (Harriet Thorpe) her displeasure about the fact that she was bringing him to Germany in a different environment from siblings and brothers.
In shock, Linda made her excuses and headed into The Albert to drown her tears, but she wasn’t in the building for very long.

It was not long before bartender Felix Baker (Matthew Morrison) to expel her from the bar because she was too drunk However, her her best acquaintance Alfie Moon (Shane Richie) was waiting to bring her back home.
At the Alfie’s home, Linda was inconsolable as she cried that Mick’s child was the only piece of him that she gone, and she was feeling like she was grieving for him in a new way.

Although Alfie attempted to assure her that all was going to be okay, Linda argued that the baby’s absence was her punishment for the things she did during Christmas making Alfie in complete confusion.

Linda’s activities during Christmas Day have been kept in the shadows by her as well as The Six. The Six, though the burden of concealing murders is slowly reaching them all as well, including Linda appearing to be the first one to be caught in.
Poor Linda did not stop drinking even though Alfie tried everything he could to keep her from drinking, she confessed that she had decided to consume herself due to ‘what she did him during the Christmas time’.
Alfie was worried. Alfie was quick to seek advice for advice Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner) and was shocked by the amount of information Linda has let go.
