Karen Taylor( Lorraine Stanley) has left Walford yet again to EastEnders.
The beloved character departed at the close of last year, after she had snatched Phil Mitchell’s ( Steve McFadden) money. In the last few days, however she made the decision to go back to her home in search of her child Keanu Taylor (Danny Walters).
Keanu has been killed Christmas Day by Linda Carter (Kellie Bright). As The Six (Kellie Bright), The Six Linda, Stacey (Lacey Turner), Suki (Balvinder Sopal), Sharon (Letitia Dean), Denise (Diane Parish) and Kathy (Gillian Taylforth) are all aware that the body of Keanu is now buried beneath the cafe. Residents in Albert Square believe he ran off shortly after a fight and a discovery that Albie was not his child.
Karen was of the opinion that Phil as well as Sharon were the culprits behind Keanu’s disappearance in the first place. She spent most of the day searching up information from sources like Phil, Jack (Scott Maslen) and Stacey but she was unable to get to the bottom of the matter.
As she walked into the bar, Karen turned her attention towards Linda who was a bit drunk.
Linda tried to remain silent however, when Karen struck a nerve, and thought about how she’d feel if this occurred to Annie or Ollie fragile Linda was about to say something that could be risky, but then Kathy was there.
The next late in the evening Bernie Taylor (Clair Norris) discovered Karen and advised her to accept Kathy and Phil’s offerand take off from Walford for good. She also said that Keanu was furious when he found out what was really happening to Albie and is likely to come back in the near future just perfect.
Karen was listening to Bernie and realized she was correct. After she apologized in front of her daughter Karen came across Phil along with Kat Slater (Jessie Wallace) and told them she was also going to leave.
Outside, prior to saying goodbye to Bernie, Karen said that she was aware that people from Walford would lie to her. secrets aren’t kept secret for the length of time.
Then, she hopped in a cab she put on her sunglasses (this was the brand new Karen she is in all) and then left Albert Square.
Karen is right on the money Secrets always come out at the end of the day. But who will find out the truth behind Keanu Taylor’s mysterious disappearance?
